Make Money Online with Income and Money Making Tips

Many people these days are using article marketing to drive traffic to their sites and blogs. The funny thing is that many people trying to make money online still don’t realize the power of using free traffic to get their sites ranked.

One of the largest and most popular article sites has to be EzineArticles.com. They also have some of the most strict guidelines to get articles approved. Whenever submitting to ANY article directory, be sure to read their terms of service. This will save you time and also prevent you from getting your account suspended or terminated.

A good rule of thumb is to write articles that are about 500 words long. Using EzineArticles as an example, make sure you submit to them first, even before posting on your blog or website. They’re very strict about duplicate content. Afterwards, post a spun version to as many other directories as you like.

This will give you backlinks and also people reading your articles will see you as an authority and possible come to your site. The title and the resource box are probably the most important aspects of article writing so let’s address those here.

A good title will grab a reader’s attention and get them to actually view your articles. This is step number one and the reason many people have thousands of viewers and others have only a couple dozen. Good words to use in your title include Secrets, How to, 5 Reasons to, 10 Steps to, Easiest Ways to, Keys to, etc.

Bullet points seem to work very well as people would much rather read an outline of something where the steps are laid out and numbered. Curiosity will get them to click on the article and solid content will keep them there and make them want to read more from you.

When you write your article, you just want to give your reader enough information to get them curious. As you progress, you want to build up the suspense until they just “have” to click on your resource box and visit your site. This is how the successful article marketers get thousands of people to their sites and get free traffic. You can also outsource the article writing to others and even leave submissions to be outsourced also.

Give them solid content and a call to action in your resource box. It’s better to use anchor text (the blue text in an active link), as your clickable links if you’re trying to rank for keywords. I’ll go into further detail about this in a future post. But, tell them to click the link to be shown more info.

A strong and compelling call to action would be something like ” Click here to discover the secrets of driving a ton of rabid buyers to your site with credit cards in hand ready to buy whatever you’re selling”, as opposed to “click here for more info, blah blah blah. Sure, it may sound a little hypey, which is why you want to deliver solid content. The other way will never get people to click your link.

Think about the last product you purchased. You are selling yourself here instead. So, you have to use a little psychology. Especially if you want to sell anything, including yourself.

So, try to submit articles frequently to article directories. It will help in the search engine rankings and also build you backlinks. This in turn will bring you traffic that you otherwise would not have gotten. Try it sometime and use Google Analytics to track the progress. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I haven’t posted for awhile and for that I apologize. I’ve just been busy lately. I wanted to mention a few things about list building. Now, you’re thinking I’m going to give you some rehashed tactics to get subscribers on your list, which I will do at a later date.

Today, I want to talk about another type of list building. That is the list you make of your daily, weekly and yearly goals to accomplish. It was pounded into my head in my younger years to make lists constantly but for some reason I fell out of the habit.

Your mind has enough trouble keeping track of things on a daily basis and many people are terrible at remembering things that need to be purchased, bills to be paid or the meeting you must attend.

A list can help you get focused and keep your mind free from clutter. You would be surprised how helpful is can be just writing down things that you need to accomplish.Plus, you put your thoughts into action just by writing them down.

If you have a short attention span, like me, a list can help you pinpoint your concentration and focus. Part of the reason I haven’t posted in awhile is I have had a hard time getting focused for some reason. My mind is constantly reeling with new ideas for projects I “eventually” want to do.

The problem is that you can become overwhelmed by all of the constant noise and your list will help you concentrate on those important tasks. As an aside, you get to cross things off of your list when completed and have a visual representation of accomplishment.

For people like me who are results oriented, this is a great feeling. Another great thing is you can look at your list when you start to get distracted and ask yourself if what you’re doing is accomplishing something on your list or not. That will help you focus more and get more done in a shorter amount of time.

Haven’t you wondered why you sit down to do something and hours have passed and when you examine your results, they fall short of expectations?  This is the reason. Lack of pinpointed focus. No results means no money going to be made. So, as you can see, it’s vitally important to make lists so you can focus and concentrate on specific goals.

That’s the other side of the coin. Make lists of goals you want to accomplish not just in the next hour or two, but also in the next week, month, year or five years from now. Post these where you can see them every day. Visualize yourself getting to those goals. See yourself successful and acheiving the results set down on paper.Put a photo representation next to it also. Really “see” what you want to have, be or do.

Believe me when I say that the universe will align to help you by presenting you with circumstances and people that will assist you in achieving your goals. So, go make a list, and some money. Take care. Patrick

You might think my punctuation is a little off for the title, but that was intentional. I keep running across people asking how it’s possible that some people make money so easily.

Many who are not very internet savvy still cannot believe that people are making a living off of the internet. If you’re here, you probably already know it’s not only possible, but being done every day. Some people are already making more in a month than many make all year. And working less hours to boot.

So, how do they do it? What makes them special? Are they smarter? Do they have more opportunity? Have they been given some tool or powers that the majority of other people do not possess? The answer is yes and no, but the real reasons may surprise you.

You see, some people have created their success in their mind first, long before they experience it in real life. Ask any great athlete, any successful scientist or business person, or anyone you know who is truly happy. You’ll find that many of them have conquered their fears and doubts in their mind. This is something that must happen individually and once you find the secret, you can literally manifest things seemingly on demand.

This includes running into people that have the answer you’ve been seeking, that check coming in just when you need it, finding the car you’ve wanted and at the price you want to pay or anything else. You must first see it in your mind and you will manifest it in real life.

It’s similiar to a mindmap but operates in the background and allows you to keep working while it helps you.

The Public Domain is almost unknown to most people. Yet, there’s a wealth of not just information, but also products and content that can be used freely by anyone lucky or smart enough to acquire it.

What if I told you that there are thousands or even tens of thousands of products available for free that you could take and publish as your own personal products and keep 100% of the money for it?

I’m not talking about resale rights or private label rights products either. I’m talking about Public Domain material and this can include photos, prints, magazines, books, ebooks, software, audios, or even videos. You can get creative on the content you want to use as almost every form is available.

You can use this material for reports, ezine articles, content for websites or blogs, auto responder follow up emails, home study courses, etc. Many people have built entire empires online and offline using public domain material.

Have you been wondering how some people seem to be killing it online while you’re struggling to even make a dime? It really helps to research your niche before entering a market and then affiliate with passion. It may come as a surprise to you to know that people who are passionate about the products they’re selling, actually make more money. That’s because the excitement they feel for the product seems to shine through when they sell. They find their niche and have passion for it.

Have you noticed that sometimes you’ll receive an email or a video and the person is so passionate about what they’re selling, that you want to buy it before the video is even over? This is what I’m talking about. You can feel the passion and this gives you confidence that it is a good product.

This ultimately gives the prospective customer confidence in the same product and they will instantly feel at ease with the person selling. This brings down their defenses and they don’t feel that pressure that seems to be prevalent when someone is trying to sell to you.

Research your niche thoroughly to find where the money is being made. Then, find products in that niche that will benefit your customers. These should be something you’re passionate about. It’s not a requirement though and many people have made fortunes in markets they didn’t care for or have passion for.

But, remember that people will feel your excitement and know when you affiliate with passion. This gives them confidense that you really believe in what you’re selling. Ultimately, your sales will skyrocket if you take this into consideration.

The most important thing to remember when selling is that you have to give people reasons why the products you’re selling will benefit them. This will put their rational mind at ease and justify the purchase for them. So, if you have products to sell that you’re passionate about, they almost sell themselves. Your passion and excitement adds the missing ingredient that will make sales happen.

Even in your writing, if you have a smile when you write, this will transfer into your words and the energy associated with your smile will become energized and so will your writing. This is inspired writing and is very powerful and works at the subconscious level. You actually speak to someones subconscious mind when you do this and on top of this, the words seem to come naturally and effortlessly to you. This is the easiest kind of writing and is especially useful to people who have a hard time getting their thoughts down on paper.

So, next time you’re having a hard time finding the inspiration and motivation to write and promote a product, smile, feel the passion and excitement, and then start writing. You will instantly become energized and inspired and your readers will feel this in your writing.
