Nice post Patrick! You’re right on this. During this tough economic times, the recession has brought a lot of jobless, shocked, stressed people. And there’s no better way to achieve security than to earn money and not depend on your salary coz you might be the next one out. Big business start small. And from that you begin to earn little to a lot. Thanks for the tips Patrick! Really opens the minds of people.

How about doing ironing at $2.50 a shirt. You may have some neighbors that would love the extra help. Might be just enough income to help with no cash outlay.

(If that’s what you want to do, it would certainly bring in extra income. Personally, I concentrate on things that will give me a much higher return for my invested time. P)

Exactly. But with only a very small percentage of the population online right now, the future looks bright for those that are or will be established. Still late to the game, but luckily this is just the beginning. Take care.

True, we’re competing with a lot of out of work people right now. That’s why I’ve always stressed the importance of quality and commitment. Only a very small percentage of people will rise above the pack to become quality conscious. So, that puts those people in a position of demand. No matter the economy, there will always be people with money, and those people will always seek out a quality product.

Same goes for your online business. The ones that truly last have great products. Others will fall by the wayside. Always try to over deliver and you will have a repeat customer for life. Enjoy the journey also.

Good post Patrick. The present contraction of the economy is not just affecting the big corporations and their employees, ‘money is made round to go round’ as they say. If you are self-employed, as I am also, then BAU (business as usual) depends on Bricks and Mortar, and all the overhead before you get out of bed. So going online is happening more and more – ALL (such a small word) I have to do is figure out how to get a slice of the action )
