A Few Shameless Plugs and Resources
I just wanted to give a few people a big pat on the back for helping me out recently. Afterward, I’ll share a couple of cool sites and resources I’ve found lately.
First, thanks to Gordan Bosnjak, http://www.gordanbos.com and Phill Hopkins http://www.phillhopkins.com for posting videos on how to insert download links into the auto responder. Excellent videos. Both of them went out of their way to create videos for everyone’s benefit. If you haven’t checked their blogs yet, there are other great videos and resources to learn from there as well. Also, Scott Chambers at
http://www.scott-chambers.com for making his extremely informative, and entertaining, audios and videos with very useful information on many different things. His Scottish accent matches his upbeat personality and really holds your attention. So enough of the shameless plugs for now. Onward to the cool stuff.
For anyone who has a wordpress blog, I’ve found a very cool piece of software. Truthfully, I got it from Randy Smith at http://www.randolfsmith.com, who offers a bunch of free downloads and has a very cool monthly membership site where you can get all kinds of ebooks and software. Way more value than buying even one thing per month. Oops, another shameless plug. Side note, I’m not getting anything for pimping these guys and their products. Just cool stuff and people I’ve found.
Anyway, back to where I was. For those with a Wordpress blog, heres a link to a very cool theme generator. Go to http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen. This lets you change colors anywhere, fonts, sidebars etc at the touch of a button. Then, instantly view it. If you like it, just save a zip file of the whole thing you’ve just created (at the touch of a button), upload it to your Wordpress editor, and presto, done.
I’ve only toyed around with it so far, but can’t understand why Wordpress is not as easy as this tool is. Truthfully, I’m not as versed as I would like to be so haven’t used it to change my blog yet. But, there is a forum also associated with it if you’re so inclined to check it out. Anyway, gotta go now but will be posting some more cool stuff very soon.
Take care and I hope you’ve found value in this post and my blog in general. If so, why not sign up to receive updates when I make them, some freebies every now and then, and information that will help you with your online business and maybe even your offline life also. Until next time, have a great weekend and as always…
Be More,
Patrick

Thanks Steve,
It benefits everyone and I know I’ve found a lot of good resources this same way. So, I want to pass it on. Hopefully, someone will find something they’ve been looking for. Take care. Patrick

Randy,
I am also a fan of Zig’s and can see the reasoning behind that statement. Most great people follow the same philosophy and it seems to work very well. Take care. Patrick
Patrick is really nice. He helps his fellow bloggers and online marketers. I really love your style. Keep it up! I hope someday you’ll plug one of my sites. God bless!
